[SOLVED] should i refund my gtx 1080 and get a rtx 2070?

hello everyone, i bought a gtx 1080 g1 windforce gigabyte a few days ago, im still able to refund it and get a pny rtx 2070 for 50 dollars plus.

1. is worth getting an rtx 2070 for 50-65 + dollars? (i dont care about rtx, im going to play at 1080p 144hz)
2. is the gtx 1080 worth in 2019? (i found it new) im afraid that if something happens i wont be able to ask for warranty due to the 10xx series stocks running low.
3. is the pny a good brand?

The 2070 is going to be a tad bit faster than the 1080 at that resolution, but its up to you to see if that difference is worth the money.
If you have to push 144Hz on every title, it would probably be a solid move.

Warranty wouldnt be an issue, they will either be able to offer you a replacement, or a similar card if they run out of stocks (which would more likely than not be a 2070 by then)
