Should I Reinstall Windows 10? Games Crashing

Alright so my computer is about 3 to 4 years old and obviously has windows 10 on it. Lately games such as Ark, Smite, and The Division have all been crashing my gpu drivers. Before you say anything i've done the following to try and see what's the issue:

-Uninstalled and Reinstalled my gpu drivers (about 2 times)
-Gone through support of both Nvidia and Smite and none seem to find the issue
-Ran Ram,Gpu,and Cpu tests (everything passed)
-Mess around with Nvidia control panel settings
-Reinstalled all games
-Validated all game files integrity
-Checked to see if any drivers were out of date and everything is of current

Now for my pc specs:
EVGA Gtx 970
i5-4460 3.20Ghz
8 gb ram (i don't know the brand.it came with the computer.. maybe this is the issue?)
Windows 10 Home
Also i dont know my mother board... It just says Lenovo lol.

So my overall question is should i try to reformat my computer or reinstall windows to see what the issue is? Or should i maybe try and update my BIoS (2 years old)

When you redid your graphics drivers, did you use DDU or just the built-in uninstaller? If you didn't use DDU, try reinstalling your drivers again, and use DDU to uninstall instead of the Windows thing.

I did use ddu yes

Maybe try manually installing the second most recent driver instead of the most recent? There could be a bug in the latest driver.
