I have corsair 650 watt PSU,( 6 years old) , but it is still working. Is it still providing current to the components at same efficiency as it were new. If not, should I consider to replace my PC psu or continue with old one. I am using gtx 1060, 16gb ram, i5 6500.

As long as your components are compatible and run just like they should, with no problems to do with the PSU, you should not need to replace the PSU. Once you start experiencing problems (performance, compatibility, etc.) then you should replace it.

Thanks. Good answer I had the same question.

When I bought my high quality PSU years ago for an old power hungry graphics card, I needed all of those Watts.
Now my PC is like 4x better and uses half the power, so I guess I'm good.
