Should I replace my cooling system

Hey guys, I was hoping someone could help me with a problem I'm having.

I recently upgraded my CPU fan to a Seldon 120XL because it was regularly hitting 65C from only playing World of Tanks and it was very difficult to stream. With this new cooling system installed, it stays very cool with tanks, however, when I stream games like Dragon Age Origins, my CPU will hit 64C.

My question is; should I be worried about my CPU hitting 65C and return the Seldon and upgrade, or is 65C not something to worry about?

Thanks in advanced.

CPU: AMD-FX 8320
MB: Sabertooth 990FX 2
VC: Geforce GTX 460

Going by the highest voltage, 1.284v, that is still a slight undervolt there.
I suggest re-applying some new thermal paste and make sure the block is installed nice and tight.

Streaming a game puts quite a lot of stress on the cpu, morethen just normally gaming, higher temps should be expected anyway.
If it's the socket temp reaching 65 that's fine, although still quite high with a watercooler, max safe temp is 70c.
If it's the core temps however that's not fine, max temp for them is 62c.

What core voltage are you running, i suggest manually setting it, you should be able to undervolt a bit even, if you aren't overclocking that is.

According to CPU-Z, my core voltage jumps around .888 to 1.200.
According to ASUS AI my core voltage is 1.284.

My CPU is not overclocked.
