I bought my computer in 2012 . For now, i realize my cpu usage keep unstable. It cause laggy for simple action( switch window/tap)
Moreover, it raised to 100% when i watch video on youtube by using Chrome. Should i replace my cpu?
My specs:
Motherboard:Gigabyte B75M-D3V
Cpu: i5 2400
Ram: kingston 4G
Video Card :NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Harddisk Plextor Px-128M6S SSD128GB for store system
and WDC 2TB HD for store other thing

It is my first time to ask question in this forum , please don't mind when there're something wrong :wahoo:

I recommend you a fresh install and more ram, if you never did that, its very probable that the windows it self is full of junk and startup programs that keep that cpu very busy

before doing anything, check your cpu usage while you in idle condition which porcess has high cpu usage
if there is nothing has high cpu usage, try to reinstall chrome and use latest chrome version
besides, many add-ons running on chrome will leak cpu usage too
