Should I replace my G3260 with G3258?

I am low on my money, should I replace my CPU with G3258 or upgrade 4 more GB ram since I only have 4 GB ram.

Link Above ^ However 4GB of ram is only $17. Purchase the CPU then sell the old and use that money to invest on 4GB more .
