Should I replace my PSU?

Recently I've been getting mild shocks from my keyboard which is a Corsair K70, and my metallic computer case. If my arm rests on it lightly, I'll feel a mild pain similar to an ant bite, which gradually intensifies until I have to move my arm away. So now I have to use my keyboard without touching the metal base of the keyboard. Should I buy a new PSU or do I need to ground the computer properly or something?

Solution
I would check your PC grounding.
A circuit tester is around 5 bucks from home depot.
A GOOD line filter from amazon can be had for around 60 bucks.

I would also switch to a basic plastic keyboard. My "Guess" is that it is your keyboard which is having the issue since anything more severe would have much more obvious symptoms such as smoke.

I had this issue long ago and after checking it was my wall socket with poor grounding. After fixing the wall socket this problem is gone. Very important, pls check your cabinet is leaking current and specially your HDD metal surface. Becs it will eventually kill the hdd in long run. Check and fix it asap. By the way I don't think it is the psu but there is a possibility.

That is a good point. Check your power cord connecting your psu and wall socket is a 3 pin one. the supplied cable of my seasonic x850 was not even 3 pin. I have replaced it with a 3 pin one later. However that kind of voltage leak is a bit more than small.
