Should I replace my RAM?

On Christmas Day 2014 I got a new motherboard, it's the Gigabyte B75M-D3H. I reinstall my computer with the new motherboard and after some trial and error everything worked, but shortly after I began having a problem where my computer will only boot up if I have 3 or less ram sticks in. I tried a method where I loosened the screws on my heatsink and that fixed the problem for a while, but I noticed that when I would bring my computer downstairs and plug it into a new outlet, the 4 sticks wouldnt work anymore, and I had to settle with three. For this problem I would usually wiggle around my power cord for my computer and it would fix the issue, but a couple weeks ago it happened again and now I can't get it to work with 4 ram sticks even after I tried all my previous solutions, it just won't work. I've been rolling with 6g since this happened and my computer is VERY noticably slower.

Considering that the RAM I have right now is stock from when I bought my computer as a prebuilt Dell 4 years ago, I'm thinking I'll just buy a new set of RAM and be done with it, but I want to know what you guys think. I have no idea what these RAM sticks are, but I will attach a couple pictures to help out.

To be completely honest, I don't want to get too deep into troubleshooting because after 7 months of dealing with this I'm pretty ok with spending around $70 for a set of Ripjaws. But what do you guys think?

Thank you in advance for the responses, below are some pictures of my specs.

Hey Tradesman1, you're the guy who helped me a while back about this problem. I have the latest BIOS and I don't think I'm able to change the DRAM frequency.

I went into the settings and poked around for a little bit.. This is the screen regarding my memory settings, all settings aren't able to be changed.
