Should i Reset my computer before migrating my OS to my new SSD

Just like the question says should i do this to make the SSD run more smoother than having to install all new programs?

If you are literally mirroring the contents of one disk to another and nothing is wrong with the current install, then i'd just copy it.
reinstalling wont make a noticeable difference unless your windows install is already full of clutter.
