Question Should I return my rx 570 8gb and spend the extra £20 for the rx 580 8gb?

The rx 570 is a great card on FPS games but for games like total war it’s not really the greatest I played on high/ultra settings and the performance wasn’t really all that great but it could be my cpu or ram that’s bottle necking it I don’t know I’m not too knowledgeable if you want to know my cpu and ram here they are: cpu= i5-7400 ram-8gb ddr4 and I really don’t know much else about it. But I wouldn’t be able to upgrade them any time soon as I’m only 15 and work is limited until I turn 16.

I would get the 580.

But, going from an RX 570 to RX 580 won't be a very huge upgrade though, IMO. I think the 580 might be faster by roughly 14%.
