If you can find the amount of RAM you need in a 2 stick bundle (and 32 GB is plenty for 99% of most folks, myself included), it is normally accepted that is much easier to hit the higher speeds than with a 4 stick kit...

The Z390/Z490 boards/processors are not as overly particular/finicky about RAM kits compared to X470/X570...

If you can get a 2 stick kit instead without incurring a loss (shipping/restocking fees?), I probably would.
