The first day I got it It ran fine through the stress tests, I ran it 100 percent CPU power and gpu power for 2 hours and it worked perfectly. Then I began watching youtube videos, I'm not sure if my computer crashed or if my display driver crashed but the screen will go black and it seems to be getting worse, when i open chrome now the screen just fills with artifacts, and no matter what I do it always ends up in me having to force restart my computer. I don't believe it's my power supply which I thought it could be when it first started happening. It can't be, because I ran my system at full load and nothing gave out. My psu is a s12ii seasonic 620w bronze. So I shouldn't have problems. Anyway, should I Rma the card to newegg or hang onto it? Others had had my problem and fixed it by lowering the rams speed, but I don't want to do that, I want a perfect card. So will newegg replace my card, or just give me the exact same back? I also don't want to receive a new card and have the exact same problem. Thanks for your advice guys

RMA it.

Before you send it back to newegg, write your newegg username/info on a piece of paper, put it next to the card's serial number and take some pictures. Take a few pictures of the fans, and on all card's corners doesn't hurt too. That way, if they send the original card back to you or they damage the card during RMA process or send you a open box item, you will have proof to dispute.
My system specs are as followed.

I5 4670
12gb of ram
1tb seagate hard drive.
Msi z87-G45 motherboard
Seasonic 620w S12ii psu
R9 290 vapor x
Corsair 500R case

I've looked at 5 different wattage calculators and they all say my system doesn't need more than 500 watts to run.
