Everytime i boot up my new pc (win 10), it always pop up a security question, i know its part of the "window creator" update, i accept it.
BUT after that, the popup named "unpuxworker" pops up, it said "cancel" or "run", i clicked "cancel" everytime, but it still pops up the next time i boot up my pc.

What exactly is this??
Should i run it??

its tied to unpuxhost & UNPcampaignmanager

I've found files related to UNP in a few locations so far:
C:\Windows\System32\UNP
This area contains UNPCampaignManager.exe, UNPDetector.exe, UNPUX.dll, UNPHost.exe, and UNPUXLauncher.exe
C:\Program Files\UNP
Which contains a CampainManager folder (with some JavaScript stuff I know nothing about), a Logs folder, and a Task.xml file.
Trying to run the programs from the first area only results in the programs trying to reach out onto the internet, with nothing obvious happening. Out of them all, the only one that seems to do anything of interest is UNPUXHost.exe, which brings me to a page on Microsoft's website with the heading, "Choose your privacy settings for the Windows 10 Creators Update".

The Universal Notification Platform or UNP usually applies to computers on a domain, a good example is a work computer. There are several ways to hide or remove this notification from appearing on your desktop. However, since the steps will guide you to make changes with your registry files, we suggest that you create a back up of your registry by following the steps on this link.

Once your ready, click on this article for further assistance with your UNP Campaign Manager issue.

What that is blocking or asking to allow appears to just be an advert

Tailored experience, which is mentioned in the above link is just windows way of sending adverts that might apply to your interests

its strange UAC is asking if you want to block a part of windows, it should know better.
