Should I Save Up For This or Just Go With This?

Should I wait a few months and save up for an i5-7500 and GIGABYTE GIGABYTE GA-H270-HD3 motherboard with 8 GB of DDR4 Memory, or just get a i5-6500 and a B150M-PLUS D3 motherboard with my current 16 GB of ram (so wouldn't need to buy it) right now? Is it worth the wait or no?
