Should I Sell My 2 GTX 970s SLI for a Fury X?

This might be my first time going team RED, but *.. that Fury X card lookin' hella sexy and those benchmarks!

What do you guys think?

If you think you can get pretty close to $650 for them, then why not? but if you're gonna end up losing money, then I would just think about if it's worth the amount of money you're gonna lose.

I think the fury x looks fantastic, actually beats out the titan x in benchmarks and it has watercooling so overclock potential! I'd say anything less than a $50 net cost, do iiiit

I'll probably try to sell em for 280 each, that'll get me 560 and the 90 I can make up myself.

I don't know, I want to see more benchmarks first. 970 Sli still beats out titan x by a good amount, so I might stay GREEN.

We'll see though.

I usually wait for a while to see where things go when the dust settles. Get a few months of benchmarks, prices and consumer reviews to give a more solid indication of where things are at. If the new AMD lineup has as much an impact as it appears to potentially have, things could get really interesting depending on how Nvidia responds to it.

Well, are there any games that you're getting sli issues with that bothers you? May be a good reason to switch to a single, same-speed card.

First things first, you've gotta wait on the actual release, which is July 16th? We'll probably get a bunch of youtube videos on the card vs other cards, and im sure there will be some 2x970 vs fury vs fury x videos, so I would definitely look out for those.

I've only SLI issues with battlefield 4 but that was easily fixed with a proper profile for nVidia inspector. Other then that, SLI has been running fine.
