[SOLVED] Should i sell my 5700xt and get a 1080ti

hi as the title suggests I'm thinking about selling my 5700xt and getting a used 1080ti

My thought behind this is that with big navi and ampere releases imminent the resale value of my 5700xt is about to nosedive and for the time being until I can afford one of the next gen cards a 1080ti still while being older performs better than the 5700xt
and due to nvidias ridiculous pricing will hold its value as it has already proved to be doing
Please let me know your thoughts on this
