Is my PC better than my PS4 in terms of gaming performance? If my PC is better then should I sell my PS4 and upgrade my PC further? I'm tired of console gaming but I have games on there that I don't have on PC (yet.)

PC Specs:
GPU - Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 128-bit OC PCI-E 3.0 Desktop Graphics Card
MOTHERBOARD - MSI B250M PRO-VD
CPU - Intel Pentium G4560
RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GBX2 DDR4 2400MHZ
PSU - EVGA 500W 80+ White
HARD DRIVE - WD Blue 1TB
CASE - DeepCool TX Mid Tower TESSERACT SW

Hmm, I also have a PS4 and I kept it for watching netflix even though I have great gaming PC. I don't use the PS4 for gaming as I find the real gaming PC experience to be way superior. I like your 1050ti, it is a decent enough card to run all games, but your CPU is slow by today's standards and 4GB of RAM is also too little these days. If you sell your PS4, you can consider getting another 4gb of RAM and upgrading your CPU to a i5-7600K or similar from this list http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-MSI/B250M_PRO-VD.html
You can also save a ton on cheaper PC games and going forward I would get an SSD drive and a 144Hz 1080p monitor, a good mouse and mousemat and headphones also changes your PC gaming experience. That's what I would do. But if you can afford to keep the PS4 then maybe do that too, so you can still play your older games. Cant get a lot these days for a second hand PS4 but it might be enough for a CPU and RAM upgrade to have a nice gaming PC.

It's 8GB of RAM, it's 2 4GB sticks used together for 8GB. I didn't get a single 8GB stick because I hear 2 4GB sticks are better. I definitely will get a better CPU
