I have the following:

MOBO: B450m Gaming Plus
CPU: Ryzen 2600x
GPU: RX580

Should I wait for RAM to arrive or go ahead and start building it?

The RAM will arrive in 2 days

Not entirely sure but i do think so.

I bought Ryzen 2600x and was told it comes with a cooler. That's pretty much the only cooler i have and considering parts i have, i think i will be able to get to RAM pretty easily.

(I haven't unboxed any parts yet so I am not too certain ).

"I think" would suck if you had to take it all apart to get the RAM in.

This being the stock AMD cooler, it probably won't impinge. But it might be tight.

Also, sometimes the RAM sticks take a bit more force than you think. The motherboard needs to be supported from the back when you press them in. Sometimes.

I completely understand the "want to start NOW". But personally, I'd wait.

Looking at your motherboard, the 2 ram slots seem to be spaced far enough away from the cpu socket that i believe that you're safe to do the build in the case. One note of caution, it is often wise to build the system outside the case first to test if it will post for ya. How long will you have to wait for the ram to show up?
