Question Should I stay away from a PSU with high inrush current?

Hi guys I am planning to purchase a Tier A, decent PSU that is mentioned to have high inrush current as a negative aspect in a review by Tom's Hardware. Should I avoid it? I have no clue about what inrush current is.
