Question Should I still use the Wraith Stealth on 2200g overclocked atleast 3.7 to 3.9 ghz or get a Master Cooler Hyper T2?

The Wraith Stealth is not as good a stock cooler as the Wraith Prisim, so if you are going to overclock I would get a better cooling solution, what case do you have? Are you thinking of aircooling or a Water AIO system? I am in Germany so you will have to convert...

Corsair Hydro H100x AIO WC 240mm
Costs around 80€ the 120mm version 60€

or

Cryorig CR-H7PA H7 Plus CPU Aircooling
Costs ca. 40€

The 2200g is fine with the stock cooler even if you overclock it a bit.

If you are going to buy a cooler, buy one that is a good improvement. A deepcool gammaxx 400 is only like $20 and cools a lot better than the stock cooler.

I also like my Arctic Freezer 34.

I second the Gamaxx 400, if you have the case clearance. More than enough, for your 2200g.
