I'm planning on getting a 500gb m.2 Intel 660p for Windows and other apps and a 2 TB HDD for games. Ik storing games is faster on ssd, but by how much, and should I spend extra to get enough ssd storage for all my games?

Solution
You can store games you want to start faster on the SSD. The others can go to the HDD.
An SSD only helps with loading times. The won't affect the overall framerate (maybe the 1% an .1%'s).
