Should I switch these PSU's? If so, how?

My computer currently runs like so:
32 bit Windows Vista
Intel Core 2CPU 4400 2.00GHz
Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family (Integrated graphics)
4GB DDR2 RAM
250 Watt PSU
289GB HDD

Is it a good idea to switch my current PSU out for this one I found in one of my old computers?
Thermaltake TR2 W0070 430W ATX12V v2.3 Power Supply

Obvious, right? Wrong.

My issue is that the one I would switch out for (the Thermaltake TR2 430W) is maybe... about 3-4 years old, and mind you that it was used for most of that time. Sooooo... I'm not sure if it will run as good, or output enough power.

Finally, could you guys double check if it is even compatible with my parts.

Solution
the unit would work with your parts.the issue is that unit is not a good unit, spend a little money pick up a 400-600w evga unit. when there on sale. dont look at the cx430 there just a little bit better then the tr unit.
