Hello :D i have to say first of all, i love the forum its amazing!

I have a Asus rog zephyrus s15 with a i7 9750, "desktop rtx 2070" 16gb ram and a 240hz screen.

My friend asked if i wanted to trade it against hes pc (one i buildt) with a R7 2700x on a B450 board, 16gb ram at 3200mhz and a gtx 1660ti

If any of you cool and smart people could help i would be super happy :)

It's not.

edit: unless its hardddd thermal throttling, which in gaming it probably is not.
oki, cause when i have msi afterburner upp the gpu boosts upp to 2000mhz, and is at 60% usage, but the cpu is pegged at 100%, temps for cpu is 68C after 24 hour of aida 64, and gpu is at 70C with furmark running 24 hours

Then you have a different problem.

68C is more than normal.
It's actually really low.
yes i know, i have one question. cause i have seen people mentioning that turning off hyper threading helps preformance, should i try it out?

It might help single core performance, but will tank multi core.
I think you have a different problem.

try checking cpu+gpu utilization in a game and not a synthetic benchmark
