Should I trust my BIOS software for temps or RealTemp

I have a 7700k in a tiny pc build (node 202) and delidded the cpu because my motherboard monitoring program, Ai Suite was showing high temps. My temps went from low to mid 80's to maxing out at 70. After that, I installed Real Temp and it shows my max temps sometimes hitting 90. So im sure you could see how this is cause for concern but should i really be worried?

BIOS would be my choice.

Note: I will simultaneously have them open and AI Suite will read 71 degrees but RealTemp is reading 85 showing that the max is in the low 90's.

Not sure if it is a sensor problem but if you think I should trust the BIOS temps then I guess I will listen.

Realtemp monitors individual core temps
Bios and a lot of other software monitors overall CPU temp, which is why you are getting a few degree's difference.
