ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB GDDR5X Graphics Card (STRIX-GTX1080-A8G-GAMING) for US $67.70

I am in a budget and i couldn't find a good graphics card near 120$ range. So i checked ebay for used ones. I know about scammers and too good to be true listings. But this listing( link) has a blue star and 100% positive feedback, should i trust this guy? Is a too good to be true offer viable if the seller has good reputation?

note: Please ignore my grammar mistakes , i am not from an English speaking country .
THANKS in advance

note: that listing is now REMOVED from ebay

The link is gone, no doubt because of an obvious scam.
I have seen the same device and price before which was also removed.

There are many ways to get 100% positive feedback.
One is to have some shills buy trinkets for nothing and give food feedback.
Look for seller feedback.

If you want to buy used, buy from an individual.
Pay only with paypal.
Read the description carefully.
You can be fooled by offering only a photo of the item, and not the item itself.
Or, hidden in the offer is words that they are offering box only.

As always if the offer is too good to be true, it likely is.
