Should i turn on virtualization technology?

Hey i just get pop up that i should enable VT (virtualization technology) on my next start up. So should i and what is VT does it make my PC faster or what will VT do if i enable it?

Long story short, if you don't want to run your PC as a virtual clone desktop, it won't benefit you. And no, it does nothing for performance improvement and in fact can take away from it.

Are you planning on running any virtual machines? If you are turn it on. If you have no idea what I am talking about leave it unchecked. It allows you to run other OS's in a virtual environment on a single PC, using VMware or something like that.
