Should i uninstall old .NET Framework when installing the new one?

hello, i would like to know if i need to uninstall the old .NET framework (4.5) of Microsoft before i install the new one? (4.6)

u need to run the setup and it will automatically replace the old with new...

Don't worry about it, you can have several versions of .Net on the same system and it will upgrade when it needs to.
