So i watched jayztwocents video about what to do after building a pc, and when he booted up pc, and went to bios he unplugged sata drive, and when he installed windows he plugged sata drive. I mean should i do that too, because i have hdd and want to install win 10 on my nvme drive. And if yes, which cable should i unplug, the one coming from motherboard or one coming from psu?

Solution
YES. Have only the one desired drive connected.

Which cables? Both.

OK, thank you Sir very much! 😁😁😁

To disable the sata drive you can unplug the power cable, the data cable or both to disable it.

You need to understand why.

When windows finds a second drive available doing the install to your m.2 ssd, it will place a hidden recovery partition on the attached HDD.
You will always need that HDD to be available to boot from the m.2 drive.
If you ever wanted to remove the hdd for whatever purpose, you would need to follow some more complicated steps to fix the problem.
Much easier to have all placed on the single m.2 boot drive.
