For the past couple of months whenever I have a usb flash drive plugged into the front usb ports of my case the computer will freeze at the motherboard splash screen. A couple of times it has even shut down. It has also happened if I have the remote sensor for my wireless mouse plugged into the front port. It does boot up normally if I don't have anything plugged into the front ports. Is this a bios glitch or a windows glitch? It hasn't always done this. Is this a common problem?

Computer specs are:
MB - Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite - UEFI version F11
CPU - Ryzen 5 3600
RAM - 16GB of GSkill 3200mhz
Windows 10 Home version 20H2
Case - NZXT H510

I checked the boot priority and it is set for my main SSD. The USB ports don't show up in the boot priority. So far, as long as I don't any anything plugged into the front ports, there is no problems booting. I will just make sure there is nothing plugged in before I hit the start button.
