should i update intel hd graphics driver versions?

i have a windows 7 with intell hd graphics 4600, my current version is 10.18.10.3496. should i update to version 15.36.31.4414? i do believe i know what im doing... but i dont want to mess everything up.

It would update the driver for your Intel HD 4600. Yes you can update but Intel suggest that You don't need to update your graphics driver if you're not experiencing a graphics-related problem with your computer.
