Question Should I update MSI PRO z690a bios ? If so before Win10 install?

I'm about to do an i9-12900k build. I bought the mobo a week ago and I'm wondering if I should update the MSI PRO z690a bios ? If so before Win10 install? I've heard both don't mess with it and also yes do it. Wondering what the consensus is here.
