[SOLVED] Should i update my bios version

My motherboard is a b450m gaming plus and the current bios is the 1.80 version released 2019-07-25 , currently im having troubles with my pc restarting randomly, the newest bios version is the 7B87v1C4(Beta version) 2020-06-12, should i update to a beta version o just going for the previous penultimate 7B87v1B 2019-11-11 ?

Currently my motherboard MSI B450M GAMING PLUS is running with a really old bios version which is 7B87v18 released in 2019-07-25, and the latest bios version 7B87v1C4(Beta version) was released in 2020-06-12, im having troubles with my new pc (randomly restarting, no bsod), should i update to the newest bios version which is the beta one or go for the previous of the latest?

Have you looked in Event Viewer to try and determine what is causing the BSODs? Does the description of the newest BIOS state that it helps with that particular issue? If not, then no.
