Should I upgrade Asrock z77 Extreme4 with bios version 2.00 to newest version 2.90?

Unless your need to flash the BIOS to correct a known error or to acquire functionality (like support of a new CPU) It is NOT recommended to flash a BIOS.

Never flash a BIOS just to say you have the latest version.
