Should I update my bios

So I was going to download the lastest software for my Trident Z RGB, but to download it the website says I need to get the lastest bios version and I know updating Bios is risky. But I've heard of ASUS EZ Flash 3, ASUS EZ Flash 2 (which one should I use 2 or 3) and ASUS CrashFree BIOS 3, I'm pretty sure my motherboard will support the lastest one since it's a Z270H, My specs are in th pull down tab and here are the links to My motherboard and all the ASUS things.

Disable any overclocks you may have going, and just update the bios.
