Recently I've been pondering on building a new rig, as some of my parts have become outdated, or simply do not work as well anymore. I currently have a Radeon HD 7850 2GB, and was wondering whether it would actually be worth it to upgrade to a GTX 970, or keep the GPU I have, therefore saving me money. The GPU is great, however the 970 really entices me and I do want to buy it.
Any of you guys have any thoughts? Should I upgrade or keep the GPU I currently have? What about if I bought the GTX 970 and ran it simultaneously with the Radeon?
