Question Should I update my mobo BIOS? ASUS Prime z270-a

I have an ASUS Prime z270-a BIOS version PRIME Z270-A BIOS 1009, mopst current version is PRIME Z270-A BIOS 1203. I just don't know if updating the version is needed for anything important, or if it's only needed to fix something that is wrong.
