At now, I am using Gigabyte's VGA card which is 8800GTS 320MB. I have the plan to replace my current VGA card by new one. It is GV-R485OC-1GH. Can I update my system successfully ? Or what do I need update more to passed requirement system of GV-R485OC-1GH ?

This is information of current my system:

Motherboard Brand : GIGABYTE - Model : GA-965G-DS3
Operation System : Win XP - SP : 2
PSU: ODIN Pro 550W(GE-M550A-D1)
Memory: 2g
CPU: Intel E6600
VGA: 8800GTS 320 MB
😱

you should be fine. and the 4850 its not too high of an upgrade, but im sure it will be much welcomed. the extra memory will be nice as well

I would go with a 4870 1GB. A 4850 is a little stronger than a 9800GT. You will see a gain, but not that important.

A 4870 would give you a good 25% minimum increase. Still, new DX11 card will be released in 2 or 3 months if you can wait.

Do I need to have concern about issue "cpu will bottleneck your video card performance" from this upgrading ?

Remove the NVidia drivers before installing the 4850 to prevent driver conflicts.
