Nvidia geforce gtx 1060(fe)
Intel I7-4790K
16 gb hyperx ddr3 1600mhz memory
120gb ssd
1tb hdd
120gb hdd
600w evga power supply


Should i upgrade anything and can it run games?

that thing is around 3 times more powerful than my pc, i can run relaxed gta v and other couple more games, you can run perfectly fine whatever you want at 1080p and perhaps 1440p too

one question, why you have a old 120gbs hard disk? often those are noisy, slow and work hot, not desirable inside a modern pc
