Should i upgrade cpu or gpu

I have a fx 8320 and a evga gtx 660. I was thinking of getting a 470 or a 480 but it came to my attention zen is coming soon. I was planning to upgrade somewhere around black friday.

Go for 480 than, Zen or no Zen it will work. It's doubtful any integrated GPU would work as well.

In your case I would get a better gpu, true Zen will be a good upgrade from a fx8320, but the fx8320 can still power something stronger than a gtx 660. In your case a rx 470/480 would indeed be a good upgrade.
