Should I upgrade CPU or GPU?

Current specs:
Asus M5A99x EVO
AMD FX-8350 @ 4.6GHz oc
16gb ddr3 RAM @ 1866MHz
MSI Gaming RX 480, 4GB version @ 1410MHz core, 2200MHz mem oc
EVGA Supernova G2 @ 750W

I play games like Guild Wars 2, ESO, PUBG, and League of Legends. I was wondering if it would be better to upgrade my GPU to an nvidia 1070, or to upgrade my CPU to a Ryzen 5 1600x, with compatible motherboard and ddr4 RAM. GPU is about $450, CPU, mobo, and RAM total $388. I don't need info on specific parts, just which option may give me a better boost in fps for the money.

Upgrade you cpu 100% because your actual GPU it's perfect for those games, I think that you can have a bit of bottleneck but I'm not sure, in my case I'd replace the cpu

That's what I was leaning towards. I know mmo's are more CPU heavy so I thought my CPU could be bottlenecking, but I just wanted input from others before I made the purchase.
