Should I upgrade CPU?

Howdy Yall, so playing bf1 I only get 40-70 fps with my gtx 1070. I feel as if I should be getting much more than this and I believe there may be a bottleneck. My CPU is an Intel i5 6600K. My question is whether I need to reconfigure something or if I just need to upgrade the CPU. If I need to upgrade please recommend a CPU that would fix the bottlenecking issue.

My settings are set to auto which is ultra across the board and I play at 100 percent resolution scale.

Ouch, are all cores in the CPU at %100? It might be the case that the last two of your cores aren't even being utilized.
