Question Should i upgrade cpu?

Hi, i have questin should i upgrade for gaming performance from I5-3570K @3.8ghz to I7 3770 or Xeon E3-1240v2 In my country Xeon E3-1240v2 is 78€ and I7 3770 is 117€ .
But there is question is there is real upgrade from to I5 to one of this?
(If yes please write what is better.)

so you can overclock, what about getting i7 3770k and get a cooler like hyper 212 evo, you can get that cpu to 4.5 ghz or you don't plan to overclock

I7 3770 is only in Bazaar withou "K" so i can't overlock it. I have only I5 3570 with K

you can get an aftermarket cooler and overclock that cpu to like 4.5, but i recommend i7 3770 because of the extra thread also you can overclock non k cpus if you have z77 motherboards by +4 bins like the turbo boost of that cpu is 3.9 ghz you can get it to 4.3 ghz on turbo
