Hi guys I have a pretty old desk top that I built around 2008 I have it connected to my UHD 75 in Samsung tv. About a year ago I kept having issues with the drivers not updating and my computer would reboot every now and then when trying to play a game. The parts I have are as follows. Do I need to replace everything in order to play WoW or will a few upgrades be fine ?

1- ASrock genx 3
2- 8 gigs of memory
3- Gigabyte 560 twin frozr
4 - i5 2100k quad core
5- WD Cavier Blue 500 gb
6- Corsair 750w power supply gold certified

Awesome thank you for that. Time to start doing a little searching for some new upgrades. Will my current motherboard be good for these upgrades ?

There are a lot of ASRock gen3 models. Which one is it exactly? It may support overclocking and Ivy Bridge. Which means an i7 2600K, 2700K and 3770k may be options.

Also what CPU do you have? There is no such thing as an i5-2100K. Do you mean an i3-2100 or i5-2500K?

My apologies yes you are right the cpu is a i5-2500k and the mother board does support Ivy Bridge with Over Clocking. The mother board is the P67 extreme4 gen3 .

Update ***

So I built an entirely new PC and I am having an issue with my FPS

Motherboard - MSI B450 Tomahawk
CPU - Rysen 5 2600 with stock cooler
GPU - Asrock RX 570 8gb
RAM- Corsair LPX 3000 MHz 16gb
SSD- Crucial 128gb
HD - WD Blue 1 TB
Case- Cooler Master q500L
Monitor- Samsung 75 in 4k TV
Ran MSI AfterBurner under stress test and my FPS on 1080p was around 26-28 dropped even lower when I went into 4k. I haven't overclocked anything yet but even on my 10 year old system using the same display my FPS were always close 100 FPS playing the same game ? Am I doing something wrong here ? Only game played is ESO.
