Should I upgrade from 750 gtx ti ftw 2gb to a 960 gtx ti 4gb

Should I invest in money to upgrade from a evga 750 ti ftw to a asus OC 960 gtx 4gb.

I am debating between it but I know I don't really need it... It just a want thing... but the pirce isn't bad $150ish.

My current setup build is i5 4th gen quad core with 16 gb ram (1333 mhz) that I plan to upgrade to 32 gb (1866 mhz).

I mostly just play cs go and league of legend. I don't do any video rendering. I just program for web application and etc.

Any opinions?

First of all, don't upgrade from 16GB to 32GB - that is stupid and will give you ZERO performance difference in gaming.

Second of all, yes, GTX 960 will be a good upgrade over the GTX 750 Ti. Don't buy the 4GB version though. GTX 960's 128-bit bus cannot utilize more than 2GB of VRAM so buying the 4GB version is a waste of money.

If you buy the GTX 960, make sure you have a beefy enough power supply - at least 400-450W with an appropriate 6-pin power connector. If it's Chinese, changing your PSU is recommended.

Thanks for the input! Oh I have definitely have enough Power supply juice for it. I am running a semi mod 650 watt. Make sense about the 2gb verison. Oh me upgrading the ram is not for gaming it just for the application I am using for school that takes a lot of resources and other misc stuff I have running on the background. Since I almost max out 16gb especially running several virtual box on my computer.
