Should I upgrade from my 770?

Hello, so recently I sold one of my GTX 770's from my 770 SLI Setup and I have a budget of $355. I didn't find SLI really useful for a single display gaming setup and was wondering what I should do with it. At first I was going to sell my other GTX 770 and get a GTX 780ti but I thought it'd be better if I kept my GTX 770 and upgrade my PC in other ways. So I need some suggestions on what I should get whether a new cooler, processor, SSD, Graphics Card, etc.

My Current Setup:
Corsair Obsidian 450D Case
MSI GTX 770 OC EDITION 2GB
AMD FX-9370 @ 4.7GHz
8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 MEMORY @ 1866MHz
Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 Motherboard
Asetek 570lx CPU Cooler
2TB Western Digitial Caviar Blue Hard Drive in Raid 1 Config
BenQ XL2720T 27 INCH MONITOR; 120HZ; 1MS RESPONSE TIME

Any suggestions on things to get because I want this PC to be able to play games for quite a while!

The 770 should be good enough for single monitors for some time.

I had to hold back a wave of nausea when I saw your CPU however. That would be the upgrade I would make. The FX-9xxx series are heaps of thermal garbage, that lack performance almost everywhere, while dumping heat profusely.
I would personally pick up a new Z97 board, such as an ASUS Z97-A, and get an i5 4690k. It would offer much more performance in single threaded tasks and gaming, while drawing much less power.

If you dont wish to drop the CPU, an SSD would go nicely in your system.

Ya I was really itching to go towards a new CPU, I'll get it to it :) Thanks alot, I was told by one of my friends the FX-9xxx series would perform as good as intel when I picked out my PC Parts. Guess that kinda backfired
