I currently have the CoolerMaster ML240L paired with a 10700k. - Link to Product
Default fans are CoolerMaster SickleFlow RGB - 62 CFM (MAX) - 2.5mmH2O (MAX)
I have some nice Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM -Link to product-
I was wondering if just off specs (on paper) these Noctua fans would out perform the SickleFlow fans on the CoolerMaster ML240L radiator.

Runs nice with no thermal throttling and CPU intensive games keep it at 70c. Fans can get a bit loud but I haven't finalized my curve yet.

Thanks to everyone who can help. I am new to TomsHardware. Long time lurker never posted before now.

You won't notice a difference in performance.
The specs you see for a particular fan are at 100% fan speed... how often are you going to run fans at that speed?
Plus manufacturers don't post fan curves*, so neither you nor I can tell how a particular fan will perform below 100% without independent testing.

[There are fan curves for a select few models out there: NF-A12x25, and be quiet! fans.]
