Should I upgrade motherboard to z170?

I got a pretty good deal on a pc a while ago that came with a 6700k cpu but with an h110 motherboard. I have since added more ram and a 1070 but was wondering if its worth investing 200$ or so in a z170 and a 212 evo so i can OC the CPU a bit and perhaps SLI next year or so.

If so any suggestions on which z170?

There's a lotta cool Z170's out there IMO. What is your form factor?

My personal favorite is the ASUS Z170-A.
Some other nice ones ; Gigabyte Z170X Ultra Gaming, ASROCK FATAL1TY K4, MSI Z170A Gaming M5 (lotta people here aren't fans of MSI motherboards, but their higher end ones are usually nicer)

Yeah, the ASUS Z170-A, Gigabyte Z170X Ultra Gaming, ASROCK Fatal1ty K4, and MSI Z170A Gaming M5 are all really nice ATX sized boards.

Yes. Also I'd get something a little better than the 212 EVO, CRYORIG H5 universal is a pretty nice cooler.

Overclocking will make your CPU very powerful, just be careful when doing so.

That cryorig seems hard or impossible to vet in canada online. Any other suggestions?

Yikes, looking at Canada pcpp and I can't find any but let me know if you have any luck with ;
CRYORIG h7, H5 universal, H5 ultimate, R1 ultimate
Noctua NH U12/U14 series, D14/D15 series
Cooler master Masterair pro 4 (yes you should go back to hyper212 if no better options are out there)
Be quiet pure rock, dark rock 3, dark rock pro 3 is a real nice one
Deepcool gammaxx 400 is an alternative to hyper 212 evo if it's not there
