Should i upgrade my case fans

Greetings everyone im from Indonesia, i want to consultation about my pc, im planning to upgrade my case fans, now i used 5 standart fans 120mm/12cm (the price's around @3US$) it had been mounted on my case for 1year,now i have budget around 25US$ for buy new case fans, i want good performance for cooling my pc, if i could i want to take 5 fans but if cant i want to take 2/3 fans for best results.
My pc specs:
-I5 4460 non overclock with hsf enermax ets t40-tb (dual fans) but im use single fan (idle around 35-41degree Celsius, full load around 57-62 degree Celsius)
-Motherboard MSI H97M-E35
-GPU GTX 960 palit superjetstream 2gb non overclock (idle around 34 degree Celsius with auto fans 21% and full load goes to 71-78 degree celcius with fans around 40% auto from manufacturer)
-PSU cooler master G550M semi modullar
-SSD adata sp900 120gb and seagate 2tb
-Case armageddon hectotron T3x including 2fans(frontside intake and backside outake)
-UPS prolink 1200sfc 1200va( for pc and lcd LG 20m37 19.5 inch 100-240 v- 50-60hz for adaptor and 19V for product)
- 2 fans from case and 3 standart fans (3us$)
My questions what best fans for me to cooling my pc?
If im upgrade my fans with LED its is fit or compatible with my PSU and UPS?

I want to keep my pc temp as min as possible, i have checked my temp too with msi ab, hwinfo and on bios too and I alr wrote it on my description my cpu temp and gpu temp
