Should I Upgrade My Case

My pc is getting old and im gonna start upgrading it and i wonder if i should change my case,reason i don't have my pc screws,cage's (but i found out i can buy).Also first upgrades are going to be a gpu,ssd,hhd and psu.

GPU length in that case is limited.
It also doesn't have a PSU cover. So the cable salad will be visible.
Front fan airflow is restricted by the hard drive cage.

It's not necessary to change it, but it would be nice to get a more modern case.

Would the Phanteks p300 be a good upgrade?
