Should I upgrade my CPU and motherboard?

Hello guys, i am planing to improve a lot of my hardware on my computer, i have in mind purchasing the gigabyte gtx1060 6GB OC, an 120Gb ssd, and 2 8Gb DDR3 Fury Hyper x RAM, some new fans, and the cooler master hyper evo 212 but i have the asus vanguard b85 motherboard and the i7 4770 3.4Ghz or should i improve those first instead of the video card. The psu is going to be the corsair RM550x

No there is no reason for you to upgrade your cpu and motherboard. Your i7 is very very strong.


But what about your psu? You may need to upgrade that.
